The Strategic Metals Management program offered by the Metals Service Center Institute (MSCI) is an executive education course aimed at senior leaders in the metals industry. It focuses on enhancing leadership and strategic skills in key areas such as market management, operational excellence, corporate growth, and M&A, and aims to provide the knowledge and network required to tackle the industry’s most critical challenges.

For the upcoming cohort (Cohort 17), the program includes five modules, each taking place over a week in 2025:

• Module 1: Leading Strategy – January 27-31, 2025
• Module 2: Managing Markets and Customers – April 7-11, 2025
• Module 3: Driving Operational Excellence – June 2-6, 2025
• Module 4: Corporate Strategy, Growth, and Role of M&A – September 15-19, 2025
• Module 5: Leading for High Performance – December 8-11, 2025

This program combines a curriculum focused on the metals industry with opportunities to build an extensive professional network. Participants will also benefit from insights provided by expert faculty from Olin Business School.
